We charge your form of payment at the time of booking and before you take your trip. If we cannot process your payment we will notify you within the mobile application. Please check the following:
- Make sure your credit card has not expired
- Make sure you have up to date payment information
- Determine if your bank has declined the transaction
You can always add a different credit card under "My Account" in the menu. We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept prepaid or debit cards.
